To New Clients:
Your first appointment is made over the phone or in-person during a complementary 15 minute consultation. Simply leave a voicemail or text and Lyn will call you back. The discussion will be on the reasons you're seeking massage therapy and how Lyn can help you.
For her peace of mind, she prefers this initial conversation for it's a more personal and pleasant way to introduce ourselves and connect with one another.
At your first visit, you will fill out an intake packet that includes health history and possible contraindications. Followed by a discussion of your goals and expectations for the session.
Cancellation Policy:
"First Time Grace" given for the first same day cancellation or no-show.
To cancel without charge, please give us 24 hours notice. You will be charged the full price of your spa service if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time or fail to show up. Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of its value. We will make every attempt to fill your vacant appointment time, and will not charge you if we are able to do so.
Payment of Fees: Future sessions are on hold until payment of fee is paid in full. Payment due within 24 hours of original session date. No payment, then no rescheduling of future sessions and any future sessions that have already been scheduled will be deleted. Please call Lyn, she is always available for discussion.
Punctuality: If you arrive late for your spa service, your treatment will be modified. All spa treatments end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
Sickness: Massage therapy/Bodywork is not appropriate care for an infectious or contagious illness. Kindly cancel or reschedule, as soon as you can, to avoid late fees. Note: Lyn would rather lose an hour's pay than two+ weeks worth should she get sick.
