Aromatherapy is the use of aromatic plant extracts and essential oils. If you wish, we can use aromatherapy, for it would further enhance your holistic healing experience.

Connective Tissue Therapy (CTT) is gentle work that releases the restrictions of fascia rather than working directly on muscles.

Fascia sheaths the muscles. It is believed that tightness of the fascia causes muscle restrictions and decreases blood supply which lends to pain and decreased range of motion.

Fascia's unique quality is its elasticity. CTT lengthens and expands the fascia. Through gentle sustained pressure to stretch and lengthen fascia, CTT helps fascia become more hydrated and elastic.

The results are amazing; pain relief and increased ROM are reported and clients often exclaim their amazement at the effectiveness of such gentle touch therapy .

Lomi Lomi (Temple Style) Massage is an ancient Hawaiian healing art practiced by native Hawaiians. Before we begin the hands-on Lomi massage, the interesting history of Lomi Lomi will be shared with you along with a Hawaiian Healing Intention Ritual.

Lomi Lomi is known for its long flowing dance-like strokes by utilizing the forearms for circles and figure eights movement.  The music is more dynamic,  there's soothing drumming and gorgeous melodic chants.

Sacred Lomi's oil blends are used:  Ke Akua for Higher Consciousness, Ke Aloha for Joy & Recovery, and Mana for Life Force & Abundance.

You're invited to simply surrender into the beautiful, flowing movements that replicate the wind and waves of a tropical island.

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) assists the nervous system's relationship to the musculoskeletal system by bringing forth homeostasis.

NMT encompasses a holistic approach towards healing for when there is a balance between these two systems, chronic pain and dysfunction is reduced.

The technique entails finger and thumb strokes to glide (effluerage) across muscle spasms, assess soft-tissue and locate trigger points, and compress trigger points in order to release and "melt" the tissue rather than employing forceful methods to release and relax the spasms.

There is no rush.  Enjoy the peace.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.

Reiki is administered by "laying on of hands" and techniques such as this have been practiced for thousands of years. The Japanese concept of Reiki is translated as "Universal Life Energy."
